My husband always trying to loose weight. He tries many different things, some weeks he’s going to just drink juice, others he’s taking some super pills that are supposed to increase his metabolism. :ohoh: He usually last a couple days, sometimes only one before he gives up and goes back to his old ways.
I know he wants to loose weight especially after he looks at pictures of us together when we first met. So I started to do some research for him so i can help him to loose weight. One thing I found is that many people who are over weight eat so many bad things that their bodies contain toxic deposits in their tissue and organs. I think first to loose weight you need to try to cleanse your body of toxins. I found Orovo detox and I am going to have him try it. :smile: I feel that if he can just get started to drop pounds, he will be encouraged and stick with it.
