It is hard to plan a vacation with all the gas prices so high and everyone keeps raising their prices. I was not sure what we would do to take some vacation time this year. It is really needed as my hubby works a lot of hours and even weekends many times in his business. :wink: I started to look around and then I realized the almost every state in the USA has an amusement park within driving distance of their home!

In Kansas City we have a nice one with both an amusement park and a water park. It gets a lot of activity but it is reasonably priced and not a long drive! Bonus! One of my friends lives in New Jersey and I was teasing her that there is nothing to do there, hehe but was I ever wrong! She told me about Things to do in New Jersey and there are a lot. One park they have is located in Wildwood, New Jersey called Morey’s Piers. She said they have free concerts and in fact they are having a Radio Disney Summer Concert Series there at Morey’s Piers in the month of July. The concerts are FREE (my favorite price!) and they will have Top Radio Disney artists there. That sounds perfect for a New Jersey Vacation! Bottom line is you don’t have to stay home because you think your vacation is ruined this year. Go online and check out all the cities that have an amusement and water park and if you are in the North East you can find a new jersey water park that has all the fun you can handle! :ohoh:
