I’ve been to 2 new states now. The corner of Iowa and most of Nebraska. Well the part along i80 the highway anyway. We went there to try to visit my hubby’s step dad and we spent most of the day tryin to find him. He had traveled down from Montana w/ his wife and was staying at the Camp Ground. :aww:

When we first went to the Camp in the morning we missed him becuz he was out having bfast and the people from the camp said he wasnt check in yet. :frown: So then we went try to find him again in another town and we missed him there too. Finally at the end of the day we caught up with them. We also saw some damage from a tornado near the town where we were looking for hubbys step dad. :no: It completely destroyed some buildings and crumpled a radio tower.

So in the meantime while we are waiting for him to show up. We went to a place called The Great Platte River Road Arch. This was a museum about the west when the United States was first being settled in the late 1800’s. :ohoh: I took several pictures but they just didn’t turn out good. :worried: I think the light inside the museum was bad :duh: . But im gonna post it for you to see anyway. We also stopped at the Souvenir Shop and I purchased some silver earing. :devil: see pic?Yes,show me da pics ▼
