Lots of people here in the USA are looking for the magic bullet for their weight loss. I know my hubby wishes he could wake up one morning skinny again but it is not reality. Some of the best diet supplements promise to help in weight loss but most if they are honest say you have to include diet and exercise together for results. What do you do to take off or keep of the lbs?
