2011 Team Building at Phillip’s Sanctuary. Amazing Experience!

We recently had our Team Building held in Antipolo Rizal. This was the first Team Building I’ve ever attended! We did a lot of activities such as cheering, centipede relay, unity walk, acid river, obstacle course, trust wall, mad crawl and more… My favorite activity was the “Unity Walk”. There we had to move in-sync to make a single step using just one planks. You gotta have some coordination to be able to move, our team (Team-Vaders) did really great on that one. Who would have thought, climbing, jumping, crawling, sliding and marching around all day would make you feel like a team? I know now it teaches you to depend on each other! I thought team building would be work! Right? I mean it does have the word building in it but it was mostly Fun, Fun, Fun!
