It is never too soon to think about shopping. I am planning to shop all the way up to the end of November and then ship stuff home so it has about a month to get there. I am planning on hitting every sale I can between now and then. I know that there will be some 2008 thanksgiving specials at the very least but I expect a lot of great deals due to the economy. I am planning to use a Black Friday site to help me manage the purchases and make sure I know about all the sales in our city at the major stores.

My hubby really likes MicroCenter and I will be watching their sales all the way up until the day. That way I can zero in on the cool computer stuff he is looking for like a Flat Screen for his computer. Poor hubby still has a 19’ CRT! HeHeHe! He is a nerd though.
The site that I am using will provide free email alerts when a new Black Friday ad has been put up on the site. I think this is excellent and you know what else? They can get you the Black Friday sale item online and you don’t have to go stand in line at 4:00 AM or the night before to get that $300 laptop at Best Buy! The site is really easy to use and very up to date. I don’t know how they did it but they all ready have ads for most of the major stores posted on the site. I remember going last year with my hubby and standing in the cold while we waited for the doors to open and then when we finally got inside the merchandise was gone. Well not this year mister! This year I will be warm at home wrapping my excellent buys! Happy Shopping!
