Body Building is Scary!

Lots of people into working out and making themselves buff here in the good old USA. I see these shows with body building and I cannot believe how big the muscles are on some of these guys and girls too! Oh my goodness and they get all oiled up and flex their muscles while posing. I don’t know how they do it maybe legal steroids because I think they would test them. Does anyone know if these body builders have to pass a drug test?

    dropping a visit c: i don’t think body building is using drugs c: it’s a sport too that needs discipline. involves work out and diet too c: i won’t encourage you to join though coz it lessens your strength because your muscles are strained.body building would be good if you only want to give a little shape to your body meaning just toning it would be nice c:
