I spent most of the day watching teleserye in TFC. I watch old episodes but they are still funny. I’m glad I got my subscription to Abs-Cbn Website when hubby got home we went to Verizon Wireless to look at the Blackberry’s Cellphones.   I wanted to look at the Blackberry Pearl 8130 Pink and compare it to the 8330 Pink blackberry, they had them both there but not a pink 8130. I can’t get a GSM from them or one that is “unlocked”, they said I should look at At&t or T-mobile.

Well, I really wanna buy one of this phone I have been getting by my old Nokia 6630 for such a long time now. It’s a pain in the ass to find one at a good price though.   Anyway, I compared this two- one is wider and pink&&black. The 8130 is nice, much smaller, smaller screen too but it’s pink and silver. I like the color, size and not so sure about the smaller screen.   Take a look and see what you guys think.

Every year about this time I am looking for a new cell phone. Lots of vendors out there even now with the consolidation of many major carriers there are a lot of choices. You want to buy cellular phones online because you will save money.

Just purchasing a cell phone is not the only issue. You need to evaluate plans from the different carriers. Depending on your location you may find there are offers available like free Sprint phones . They will have a selection of cell phones but will usually have a minimum plan you must sign up for to receive the free phone. That is ok because you are going to use the cell for at least two years as that is the average contract period.

Coverage needs to be in your calculation of the plan that you purchase. Believe it or not some companies still charge for roaming. The bigger companies usually do not charge for roaming any longer because they have reciprocal agreements with the other major carriers. So if you see a free at&t cell phones opportunity then you can feel confident you won’t pay roaming but always read the whole contract. A surprise that costs you $400 after that vacation in the Bahamas because you don’t have international roaming might just ruin your vacation!

Many other companies are good too. My hubby uses Verizon and he is always looking for free Verizon phones . I don’t know how long his contract is on his phone but its starting to look really ugly. He wears his on his belt and he is always dropping it and it gets worse and worse. The last of course is free T-mobile phones and you can find some really good family plans with that company. So check it online you will find a bargain.
