It has become part of my schedule since coming to the U.S to walk on the tread mill. This is the first time i have had to depend on exercise equipment to keep in shape. :bigrin: When i am in the Phils I am always outside walking to the market or to the bus stop to go shopping. lol

I didn’t realize how much exercise i was getting doing this. Here in the U.S we just walk out the door and get in the car and drive to where we wanna go. :ohoh: I really miss this from the Philippines because I don’t get that much and fresh air. :shocked: It seems like I catched an illness here much easier and stay sick longer. I blame this on not being outdoors as much. I think partly to blame is being in an apt. that has no outside area. We are hoping to relocate and get a house with a yard maybe in California. hope..hope..hope!! :rolf:

My husband ships a lot of products in his business. He showed me something pretty cool the other day. The company he ships with uses gps fleet tracking. We tracked a shipment of printer cartridges that went to from Missouri to Kansas and all the way to California. :) The technology is pretty high tech they put a tracking chip that sends out a signal that is picked up or somehow detected by a satalite.

It is part of the global positioning system. :ohoh: I can think of all kinds of good places for a tracking devices, my comb, my keys, the remote for the tv and my sister jhen. No not really She is just always a target. haha
