Lots of people into working out and making themselves buff here in the good old USA. I see these shows with body building and I cannot believe how big the muscles are on some of these guys and girls too! Oh my goodness and they get all oiled up and flex their muscles while posing. I don’t know how they do it maybe legal steroids because I think they would test them. Does anyone know if these body builders have to pass a drug test?

Last week hubby brought home a t-shirt for his business in my size. Well almost my size I mean a small but he wants me to be his spokes model! Ha ha! He is joking but the t-shirt is pretty cool it has his logo on it and web address. He said he wants some promotional products so he can make people aware of his business. So now I have one!
