Critics Corner

I started boxing up things to move today. Wow I hate moving, it’s really a pain in the ass but I can’t wait to get out of this little place. I just got started and still lots to do though. Uhmmm… let’s see. Movies ~ we watch!! We looked at 3 of them the other night. We had 2 supposed to be scary and 1 action war movie.

Mirrors
It is really a cool idea. The lead actor is Keifer Sutherland, he plays a cop who has been kicked off the police force. He has to take a par time job at night watching this old department store and it’s full of mirrors.  :aww: The mirrors are evil, that’s all I’m gonna tell you
but it’s really good, worth watching.
The effects are really good and the story is unexpected. If you got the time, watch it!! Make sure you watch it when it’s dark outside and be sure to cover your mirrors, LOL! I give it 4 out of 5 winks.

Quarantine
is the next movie of Jennifer Carpenter. It’s really kinda quirky, the idea is this  reporter girl is doing a news piece on a fire rescue squad. They get called out to go to a really old apartment building and it turns out the whole places infected with people eating “zombies”, ewww!! It was kinda hard to watch because the camera work was mostly done with one camera and it was a little rough. You always just get one angle and the effects were kinda gruesome but not high tech. Alright, watch it if you get a cheap like a $1 rental, :blank:  he he… Maybe 3 out of 5 winks but closer to 2 and half:)  it’s pretty predictable.

Body Of Lies
it has Russel Crowe and Leonardo Dicaprio. It’s a story about an operative in the CIA who is station in the middle east. The story is really about his frustration with the way the CIA was handling all the missions.  He wanted to act with integrity and they just keep falling him down. The effects were fantastic, you can tell it’s really an “expensive” movie.
Hmmm… Great explosion, really cool helicopter scenes, and people getting shots with parts getting all over the place. Well you really need to watch this movie because it’s current and gives a perspective that a lot of people identify with. I would give it 5 winks. Dicaprio is great and so is Crowe because they’re both so believable.

Well, you all know I’m a great film critic ;) someday I will start in the adventures of shopaholic baybiejhoice,
coming to a theater near you xD. *kiddiNg* Cath ya’all later guys. :<3:

Crowded $hopping.

Hubby and I dooked it out this morning. Well not really we just fought a little, he always thinks that if I wanna go shopping that I want to spend a lot of money but that’s stupid because he knows that all I really want is to be able to get out of the house and get some exercise and fresh air. LOL! The shopping of course is great but it’s only a “bonus” on getting out of the house, hehe!
So as usual I am right, he is WRONG! bwahaha! After I pout, he had to apologized and realized he was totally wrong;) I-love-him -so-much-so-I forgive-him:<33 We don’t fight often so when we do it’s special xD. Anyway, Another victory for the wifey. he he! lol

We ended up down to Oakpark Mall and you wouldn’t believe how crowded it was. :dizzy:   We had to park way out in the parking lot and walked in, of course it’s effing freezing. We went in through the food court and every table was full of people even the open space wasn’t open. Shoulder to shoulder people you would have thought it was Christmas x]. I don’t know why so many people decided this is the day to shop.

I visited Wild Pair and thought I wanted some slippers there but I wanted to look around a lil more so I ask them to hold them and I’d come back. Then I went down to Hollister which had nothing, they really make me mad, they never have my slippers size. Oh well, on to Wetseal I found some hot little shorts with a belt. Actually hubby found it first, bwahaha he’s such a gay. hehe!! I tried it on and it looked good so I bought it. Next was Victoria Secret, 5 undies for $25… I spend 30 minutes finding 5pairs - like by the time I was done w/ that there is no way I would not buy them..toO much effort invested.  :boiling: They look cute and sexy though. Lastly, I went to Aerie and bought a lip balm for my poor dry lips.

I`ll be glad when this winter is over. :sigh:

At that point. I blew off the wild pair slippers even though I like them. Next time!!!
Alright, we ended the evening watching scary movies and eating pizza, with heather.
I`ll tell about it latur peeps.

Boost Your Nursing Career.

Sunday, Feb 22, 2009 @ 10:01 am

A whole lot of my friends have seen the field of nursing as a great option for a career. They love the part of the job that is dedicating to helping others and the good pay with opportunity in the future. Many of them have entered an online MS Nursing program so they have a step up in their career. One of the popular programs is an online degree from Saint Xavier University. They offer a Master of Science in Nursing that is applicable to a specialty as a Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL). They have a great site filled with information on this exiting program you should really go check it out if you are looking to move up and ahead in your nursing profession.
