I recently broke out in a histamine rash and it is making me nuts! I am itchy all over and I don’t know what caused it. So I am taking Benadryl and it is making me really sleepy. I heard that some medicines have side effects. I hope sleep is the full extent and I don’t get something gross like pimples. Then I would have to do a back acne treatment and that is so crazy. Why do I worry about these things! Haha!

Keeping my skin nice is one of the hardest things to do. It’s crazy really because they have so many things out there to keep your skin clear and hydrated. There are so many that its difficult to know who to believe. I’m pretty lucky because I don’t have to deal with something like adult acne. I just have basically normal skin that tends toward dryness. I like to use ponds for moisturizer and I just use a normal face soap to clean. The best thing to do is have your skin analyzed by a dermatologist if you have problems. They can usually get you on the right track with your cleanser and moisturizer. They can also treat different skin conditions with medicine. I know its not cheap but its worth it! You only have one face.
