I’m just about to pull my hair out. Everywhere I look is another commercial or online ad about treatment for acne. I don’t know which one to recommend anymore, I was blessed with clear skin but I keep trying to help my friends because they always asked me for advice. I mean I have a very simple routine but it doesn’t work for everybody. I think most important thing is to identify the cause of the acne so your not just trying to treat symptoms and thats very hard.

I recently broke out in a histamine rash and it is making me nuts! I am itchy all over and I don’t know what caused it. So I am taking Benadryl and it is making me really sleepy. I heard that some medicines have side effects. I hope sleep is the full extent and I don’t get something gross like pimples. Then I would have to do a back acne treatment and that is so crazy. Why do I worry about these things! Haha!
