I am really getting crazy here trying to help hubby lose the extra lbs he has developed over the past few years. He will go try a weight loss product and it will work for a while but it is hard to keep it off. Next time he is going to try to just do the exercise thing and lower his caloric intake. Who knows maybe it will work.
