Lighting the Way

Every time I look at the dining room light I just hate it. It is outdated and really just an ordinary chandelier from one of those discount home improvement places. I wish I had someplace to find Murray Feiss lighting so I could give this place a real touch of class! Good lighting is important for your entertaining areas of the home. Your guests always remember if the lights were ugly or cheap looking.

One Light Helps!

I am so glad for the holidays and we are expecting to have a great party with our family and friends. I started looking around and realized how bad our bathroom looked. I couldn’t put my finger on what was wrong until I realized it was the lighting fixture. It was so dated and the bulb sockets were all rusty. It was really bad. I was surprised how a new light in there made the whole room better!

Cooling it in August

My, oh my, it was so hot in Missouri in July and now in August we are freezing! Last month we had the air conditioning going full bore and the ceiling fan running too. It was not the hottest it has ever been but pretty hot. Now we are enjoying a beautiful cooling spell and you can go outside for walks and sit on the porch without sweating all over. I can’t wait to see what happens this fall but I know I am not staying for the winter! Yeah!
