Get Those Final Ounces Away
Running and biking are great forms of aerobic exercise and can make your body look very trim. I like to shape my body by making sure I am low body fat but also that I pay attention to the problem areas. I like my abs to show but not too much as I am small but some of my friends really fight stomach fat loss. I usually cut down on carbohydrates, for example rice which is usually a staple in my diet. Exercising the body at those points is good too but stomach crunches cause muscle to build and does not necessarily shrink fatty areas. Stretching and moving those muscles seems to have a better affect for me. What is your technique?
