Store Front Business

You know once they said that all business would be conducted online but that never happened. I still see lots of storefronts using the normal Retail POS System that they have for years. It works you know, I love to wander through a nice boutique and smelling the “new” smell. Touching and trying things on in person is the real joy of shopping for me. Online retailing will never be able to replace that in my shopping experience.

Shopping is So Fun

I watched this movie the other week called The Confession Of A Shopaholic and it was hilarious. The girl was always being drawn into a store and buying things she just could not afford but the sound of her purchase being slid through barcode scanners was like music to her ears! I never laughed so much because I could see a lot of me in her except I don’t get crazy with credit cards! That is really bad!

Online Selling

We setup a store recently online to market some beauty supplies. It is going slow right now but we hope to build it up to a reasonable income for two people. One thing we need is some inventory software if someone knows of a good one let me know. Advertising so far has just been through blogging but I am thinking that running a Google ad for cosmetics or fashion is really expensive!
