California Still Calling?

California has not been getting the greatest news lately and many people have had to leave the state looking for work in this bleak economy. However, there are still some hot spots that are really desirable to live and if you have a way to make a decent living the cost of San Diego apartments have gone way down. I wouldn’t mind working from home in San Diego how about you?

San Diego Trip Someday!

I think everybody knows by now my sister and bro-in-law live in California. We like to go out and visit them every chance we get or when we can afford it. Its fun when we go there because our Bro knows all kinds of places to go and lots of things to do. :ohoh: Last year when we went out there in May we went to San Francisco and took a tour down at Fisherman’s Warf. We went on a boat that took us out under the San Francisco Bay Bridge and around the old prison the called “the Rock”. It looked pretty scary. :mmm:

Next time we go I would like to go see San Diego and see the southern part of California. I am sure our Bro knows of things to do in San Diego, but if you are from that area let me know if you have any good ideas for us. :~) I am not sure when we will go this year but maybe later in the summer, like August or September while the weather is still really nice. I understand that the temperature in San Diego is moderate all year long so it should still be really fun and interesting without freezing!!
