Big Scare

My little god child gave us a big scare yesterday when her Grandma had to take her to the hospital for treatment. Everyone was so worried because she had been complaining of pain in her abdomen area and now was constantly crying. She looked so scared when we saw her in the hospital next to the medical cart that I almost cried. The hospital did a great job though and found out her trouble quickly. Now we are just praying she recovers and is back to her sweet self soon.

When I’m looking to take off just a pound or two to look better in a dress or so my jeans are not so tight. I like to use ambislim for a couple weeks, it takes off that hard to lose weight that stays around your middle when your sitting and blogging on your computer all day and all night.

Doubling Up the Loss

Losing weight is a full time job. You have to think about it as you eat and through out the day make good decisions. One way that helps that does not take a lot of thought is to use thermogenic fat burners. The great thing is that they work all the time, even when you are sleeping! What better way to lose weight then just get some snoozes in!
