Relax in the Country

For years now my husband has been wanting to live on a farm or a mini-farm so he can be a country gentleman. I don’t know what he has in mind but he can be sure I am not going to be cleaning any chicken coops or pig pens! I like the idea of clean air and all but I don’t like to be too far away from the suburbs. You can’t just put me out in the sticks without a mall within a Saturday afternoon right?

Keeping Warm if Paramount!

Now that we are in the winter it is time to break out the warm things!  I like to keep a pair of thermal underwear handy to slip in for around the house.  Nothing like curling up on the couch with hot chocolate, warm blanket and a big fire in the fireplace!  When I am outdoors I rely on marmot jackets and gloves to keep that cold wind from cutting through me.  There is nothing better then goose down to keep  you warm!
